1. Service Scope & Deliverables
"Ireland on a Whim" provides custom travel consulting, modular itinerary design, and logistical routing strategy tailored for the airline crew lifestyle. All finalized itineraries, custom maps, and digital blueprints are delivered via Fora Travel.

2. The Client's Responsibility for Airline Perks
Our consulting services operate entirely independent of your airline employer. You retain 100% responsibility for managing, listing, and booking your own non-revenue (non-rev), standby, ZED, or ID90 flight and hotel privileges through your employee portals. "Ireland on a Whim" will never request your employer login credentials, view internal flight loads, or execute bookings inside closed-door airline systems.

3. Standby Flight Realities & Itinerary Modifications
We design our itineraries to be highly flexible and modular. However, "Ireland on a Whim" is not liable for flight delays, gate bumps, cancellation fees, missed connections, or your inability to clear a standby listing.

• Standby Tiers ("Last-Minute Whim"): If you are bumped from a flight, your package includes the real-time routing adjustments specified in your tier to help you pivot to your backup destination or arrival airport.

• Confirmed Travel Tiers ("On the Horizon"): For clients traveling on confirmed consumer tickets, your package price includes up to two (2) rounds of voluntary itinerary modifications. Additional route changes requested after the final itinerary is delivered will incur a fee of $50 per revision.

4. Third-Party Bookings & Cancellation Windows via Fora Travel
When we use our Fora Travel portal to arrange fully refundable "Plan B" safety nets (such as backup hotels or car rentals), the booking contract is directly between you (the client) and the travel supplier (the hotel or rental company).

• It is your responsibility to notify us of a flight bump in accordance with our agreed communication window so we can process your cancellation.

• "Ireland on a Whim" is not responsible for any non-refundable charges or "no-show" fees levied by a supplier if you fail to notify us before the supplier's stated cancellation deadline.

5. Non-Commercialization & Private Use
All custom strategies, blueprints, and local guides provided by "Ireland on a Whim" are for your personal, non-commercial use only. Reselling, distributing, or using our proprietary routing structures for commercial agency purposes is strictly prohibited.
